Dave Halt is my name and coastal NC real estate is my game! I have been in real estate in Brunswick County, North Carolina since relocating here five years ago. I went into real estate here because I want to encourage those that visit and are thinking of making the move (either relocation or retirement) to NC to “just do it”! The NC Brunswick Islands area of the coastal Carolina is one of the most beautiful and well kept secrets on the East Coast. There are wonderful golf communities as well as the beautiful beaches. So many activities and sights to see and do and many of the activities are free! My wife and I have found our little piece of heaven!

I retired from a very hectic and stressful position as a vice president of sales in corporate America. Retiring to coastal Carolina was the best move I ever made. I have been successful in my new career of real estate, listing and selling some of the most beautiful and highly desired properties in Brunswick County.
